What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is disrupting the observability market and changing the way businesses take disparate sources of data and turn it into action. We are already a leader in this space - and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we are on an evolutionary journey heading toward what’s next - unified observability. Our platform enables enterprise resiliency through data insights from the infrastructure, network, and application. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Business Systems Analyst. 

As a member of the Business Systems team, you will be instrumental for the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of critical systems supporting the Company's business operations. You will analyze and document existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and project manage feature enhancements. As a Business Systems Analyst you will focus on system enhancements relevant to the Customer Experience team, be highly collaborative and will work in tandem with other departments, including Finance and Sales, to ensure the scalability of our business systems and processes.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Process map critical business operations and document requirements in order to optimize LogicMonitor's systems
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand automation opportunities and communicate scope and timeline of projects to all stakeholders across the organization
  • Work across departments to design technical solutions to transform key business processes with support from administrators and developers
  • Identify time-consuming internal processes and assist in building automated, reliable, and scalable solutions
  • Create and maintain accurate and consistent process documentation
  • Work with the data team to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of relevant system's data and reliability of integrations between systems
  • Manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) process for key initiatives and document results
  • Collaborate with system administrators to implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, data integrity, etc.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience with Business Systems preferred
  • Experience with agile project management and release management
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Jira, Coupa, Zuora, Gainsight, Netsuite or best-of-bread SaaS equivalents and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Customer Support, Customer Experience, or Operations for a customer-facing team preferred
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize concurrent activities within deadline-driven climate
  • Ability to consider the end-to-end process and advise on downstream effects of changes
