What You'll Do: 

The Workday Administrator will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the Workday human capital management (HCM) system. This includes the design and development of business processes, security administration, integrations with other systems, data management, reporting and analytics, and end-user support.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Implement and configure the Workday HCM system according to business requirements and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems, such as recruitment, benefits, payroll, time and attendance, and learning management.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data in Workday by performing regular audits and maintenance activities.
  • Design and implement security roles and permissions in Workday, ensuring that users have appropriate levels of access to system functionality and data.
  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday to support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new functionality, and work with stakeholders to assess and implement new features as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with other HR and IT professionals to ensure that the Workday system integrates effectively with other HR and IT systems and processes.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience administering and configuring the Workday system
  • Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, and Finance
  • Experience in Workday Integrations is a must
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with HR and payroll processes and regulations
  • Workday certifications preferred
