Responsibilities:
- Inform users on the perks and benefits of being apart of the Lyft community
- Act as a brand ambassador
- Work on consistent tasks necessary to daily operations
- Master internal tools to provide users with personalized support
- Collaborate with your team to investigate and solve user issues
- Identify and solve problems on the fly
- Enhance the experience of targeted cohorts through any mode necessary to provide solutions
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Process/task oriented
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Flexible and Adaptable
- Impeccable problem-solving skills
- Keen eye for improving operational efficiencies
- Ability to multi-task and switch into different modes during the workday/week
- Excellent, clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with a Mac/PC
- Entrepreneurial self-starter - you naturally take ownership, look for opportunities, and do whatever it takes to drive results
- Natural curiosity coupled with excellent investigative skills
