Our in-house vehicle service centers, where drivers will get high quality, affordable maintenance and repair with lightning speed will be building out quickly.

The successful candidate will audit existing workflows and identify trends within the market to improve maintenance quality in our growing Service Centers. They will partner with product managers, engineers, marketers, designers, and local operators to translate business insights into decisions and action. The ideal candidate is someone that takes pleasure in analyzing data and is never satisfied with the status quo.

Responsibilities:

  • Collects data to identify root cause of problems
  • Measures performance against process requirements
  • Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls
  • Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
  • Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality
  • Diagrams and evaluates existing processes
  • Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams
  • May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control
  • Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes
  • Communicates team progress
  • Performs cost and benefit analyses

 Experience:

  • 4+ years of industry experience in a data science or analytics role
  • Degree in a quantitative field like statistics, economics, applied math, operations research or engineering. Advanced degrees are preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL - able to write structured and efficient queries on large data sets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners to build the business
