This position is responsible for capturing current state, define Target Architecture, Solution Architecture and drive solution design and implementation for Business System solutions that meet business needs. This position is required to have a deep understanding of multiple application domains of finance, HR, Sales organizations, including Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, HRIS and ERP, the ability to recommend solutions, and have a broad understanding of other architecture domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience implementing ERP Cloud Solutions across different industries (Rideshare industry is a plus) with large-scale implementation project experience within global organizations
  • Strong knowledge of finance business processes, A clear understanding of best practices, and expertise with Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Hands-on experience working with oracle cloud ERP finance – payables, receivables, general ledger, cash management, assets, projects, etc.
  • Used modern practices to increase the speed of delivering software (e.g., agile, DevOps, test automation, etc.)
  • Understanding of cloud architecture, application security, and localization requirements
  • Provide best practice options and communicate with both technical and functional audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Worked as a trusted advisor to implementation partners
  • Reviews, analyses and evaluates business systems and user needs
  • Working with large, global teams to deliver results. teams would have consisted of employees and third-party contractors

Experience:

  • 10+ years of Oracle-ERP experience and at least 4+ years of experience working on Oracle-cloud Solution design and Systems architecture for Medium to complex environments
  • Systems architecture and design expert for Oracle SaaS/PaaS solutions
  • Experience in designing Oracle ERP solutions for Corporate Business functions including:
      • Record to Report
      • Procure to Pay
      • MDM- Customer Data Hub
      • HR Integration
      • Reporting and Analytics
      • Lead to Sell
      • Quote to Cash
  • Technical Expertise
    • Tools & Technologies: Oracle E-Business Suite Financial Management cloud, System/Solution Architecture designing, FloQast 
    • Processes:  IT governance, IT strategy, IT standards, IT outsourcing, escalation handling, vendor management, Business and partner management, knowledge-base management, defining data quality, DevOps
    • TOGAF: Experience with applications such as Netsuite, Google Suite, Salesforce, Workday, Anaplan, Coupa, ADP, Charles Schwab, Okta
