The Service Center Operations team is looking for an accomplished individual who has worked in the collision and insurance industries to help implement Lyft’s service strategy as it pertains to the collision repair claims program. You have experience designing, implementing, and overseeing large-scale collision repair operations, working with insurance direct repair programs, and be willing to work with a combination of both technical and non-technical teams. You will report in to the Collision Claims Manager.

You have a background developing high-quality collision repair claims processes. You understand vehicle repair processes and the latest technologies. Additionally, you need to have advanced knowledge of performance scorecards, metrics and reporting systems. You have experience developing and managing direct repair service programs within the collision repair industry and excel in an environment that values collaboration. Core values will revolve around providing amazing customer service and servant leadership while demonstrating a calm and focused demeanor. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop the Collision Repair Claims Process for the west market in collaboration with the Collision Claims manager
  • Develop west market sites and enterprise level performance reporting
  • Manage and develop the collision claims program for the west sites
  • Develop performance programs for the third-party collision repair network throughout the west markets
  • Develop systems, standards and visuals to manage large-scale rollouts
  • Provide onsite insurance and claims training to sites within market
  • Travel up to 50%

Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in collision repair management within a collision center
  • 3+ years’ experience in insurance claims management
  • Experience using CCC one applications and other estimating systems
  • Experience delivering on complex, high visibility, cross-functional projects in a high-growth environment
  • Demonstrate initiative, persistence, and enthusiasm for building new programs and businesses
  • Experienced in the development of linear systems, standards visual management
  • Experienced in the use of problem solving and root cause analysis tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate people at all levels
  • Data interpretation skills with acute attention to detail
