We are looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our team, reporting to the Head of Demand Generation. As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will work closely with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations to help define the strategy and execute integrated campaigns that contribute to top-line company goals. You will have the opportunity to develop and deliver integrated, multi-touch campaigns for target segments (e.g. Healthcare, Employer, Automotive) that generate high quality pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Create scalable demand generation programs that engage a specific audience
  • Develop both top of funnel lead generation and mid-funnel nurture programs to drive new business acquisition and upsell pipeline
  • Build multi-channel ABM campaigns that generate interest and move customers and prospects through the sales process
  • Own campaign execution through channels such as email campaigns, direct mail, digital and more
  • Determine which prospects and customers to target and deliver the right message to activate accounts
  • Manage paid media agency and digital spend
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing Operations & Analytics to track metrics and reporting against planned goals

Experience:

  • 5+ years B2B marketing experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in demand generation or growth
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Automation
  • Excellent campaign management experience and ability to demonstrable results
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a strong bias towards data-based decision making
  • Team player that can work in a fast paced environment and has the ability to work with minimal guidance
