As a Field Account Manager on the Lyft Healthcare team, you’ll help our future customers understand the power of Lyft Mobility Solutions. You’ll join a talented team focused on one thing: using technology to simplify the transportation needs of their clients. Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a healthcare sales pipeline 
  • Accurately forecast monthly revenue, manage, and update opportunities in CRM
  • Maintain appropriate activity levels to meet weekly appointment/sales objectives
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals
  • Conduct thorough discovery to understand current environments, requirements, decision making processes, timeframes and qualify opportunities
  • Grow revenue within a defined book of regional and national health system accounts by consultatively selling Lyft’s full suite of products, including patient transportation and staff travel programs
  • Consistently close net new accounts and find new revenue streams within existing clients 
  • Develop and manage executive relationships within Lyft’s largest regional and national health system clients 
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Legal, and Compliance

Experience:

  • 4+ years of successful account management, sales, or business development
  • Healthcare experience and knowledge; experience working with providers (health systems, hospitals, and clinics) preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Fluent in email campaign management
  • Proven track record exceeding revenue targets and goals
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work with a wide range of individuals
  • High levels of sales persistence and work ethic
  • Ability to understand and absorb new information quickly
  • Comfortable with active change in a start-up environment
  • Commitment to execute upon initiatives and get things done
  • Experience at Internet, SaaS, AdTech startups is a major plus
