The HR Operations Coordinator provides a smooth, caring Team Member experience for our employees and ensures the integrity of our employee data.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volume of employee questions with urgency, accuracy and world-class customer service
  • Field employee inquiries using available resources and partnering with cross-functional partners to provide solid resolutions
  • Hone your already-strong verbal and written communication skills to accurately, timely, and professionally communicate to new hires, existing team members, and leaders using our ticketing system
  • Tackle data entry with enthusiasm, timeliness, and strict attention to detail
  • Partner with Recruiting, People Business Partner and HR Systems teams to implement new processes and improve existing practices around transaction processing, people and data collection, and organization
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines

Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
  • Experience fielding employee questions; Zendesk experience preferred
  • Prior administrative work experience preferred
  • Extremely detail oriented, with high standards for accuracy and precision, and ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
  • Basic spreadsheet proficiency (e.g. vLookup, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Resourceful and willing to do whatever needs to get done with integrity and accountability
  • Team player, excellent at building relationships within your team and across teams
  • Excel in situations where you can think critically and anticipate issues before they arise
  • Friendly, engaging personality
  • You're empathetic to employee inquiries and can easily put yourself in their shoes
  • Possess situational awareness to identify and escalate employee questions appropriately 
  • Solutions oriented; When there’s a challenge, you’re focused on reaching the best resolution
