As a member of the Learning & Development team, you will play a key role in building our culture of continuous learning by helping to develop a portfolio of internal and external programs impacting individuals, teams and functions across the company. In this role you will help lead our learning and development efforts for the Fleet Line of Business, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to establish ongoing programs meeting the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess Lyft’s Fleet functional learning needs and develop impactful and scalable learning solutions (programmatic and non-programmatic), with a focus on Manager and Team development.
  • Partner with Fleet’s senior leaders, functional training leads and HR Business Partners to specify learning needs, enabling comprehensive learning strategies
  • Run end-to-end program management of learning & development initiatives (in person, out of the classroom, or online) and processes based on learning strategies
  • Create and maintain training materials, facilitator guides and all documents related to Learning & Development 
  • Design curriculum to support intact team workshops and offsites to enhance team effectiveness and improve productivity
  • Apply data driven approach to continuously improve learning and development offerings
  • Facilitate programmatic and custom design learning programs with high-end facilitator ratings

Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of work experience in a related field (Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, HR)
  • 3+ years developing and leading training efforts with direct experience creating learning programs and facilitating training sessions for an operations team
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse range of stakeholders and to work across boundaries to build infrastructure
  • Experience supporting M&A transitions preferred
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for solving problems while being resourceful
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
  • Facilitation experience preferred
  • Coaching certification a plus
