We’re looking for a talented and passionate Operations Specialist to join our Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) team and help take our program to the next level.  In this role you will help build out Lyft’s wheelchair accessibility program, manage existing vehicle and day-to-day program operations, and help execute on new supply initiatives.  If you enjoy creative brainstorming, challenging business initiatives, and want to be part of the next big thing at Lyft, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as subject matter expert for end-to-end WAV operations (e.g. partner management, customer support and driver onboarding process)
  • Have command of operations across several markets and operating models, working closely with local team stakeholders and program lead
  • Support operational initiatives with both external vehicle supply partners and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Enterprise).
  • Develop an understanding of complex legal and regulatory principles to apply to work product
  • Be solutions oriented - proactively identify risks, process inefficiencies and create mitigation strategies to address them
  • Provide regular analysis of market behavior to identify more efficient supply models
  • Drive process and product improvements that optimize program efficiency and passenger experience
  • Communicate program status and report on key performance indicators to the WAV leadership team
  • Provide analytical support for national and local teams to identify program performance

Experience:

  • 2+ years of operations experience
  • Proficiency with Excel required, SQL preferred
  • Extremely process oriented
  • Ability to analyze and parse data effectively
  • Experience managing external vendors and partners
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and writing skills
  • Strong bias for action
