Partner Operations is a new team at Lyft that is shaping the future of rideshare by piloting and scaling new business models and optimizing existing business segments. These new business models could apply across the rideshare business, including specialty rides, fleets and new markets.
In a typical day, a Specialist may extract insights from data to help inform business decisions, design pilot programs and launch operational initiatives. A Partner Operations & Strategy Specialist will also monitor the health of business segments and work cross-functionally to implement solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Organize, analyze, and distill data to drive business decisions
- Develop and monitor new business segment P&Ls
- Build, launch and scale pilot programs
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build processes to scale new business models
Experience:
- 2+ years work experience
- Consulting, start-up operations, or analytics experience preferred
- Data analysis experience - able to dissect business issues, analyze large amounts of data, and draw actionable conclusions. Proficiency with SQL preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial self-starter - you naturally take ownership, look for opportunities, and do whatever it takes to drive results
- Natural curiosity coupled with excellent investigative skills
