Our in-house vehicle service centers, where drivers will get high quality, affordable maintenance and repair with lightning speed will be building out quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce Collision Repair processes that meet targets for Lyft Service Centers in accordance with Manufacturer Guidelines
  • Oversee the specification of all Collision tooling and equipment to ensure that it meets company budget and process time targets
  • Maintains repair procedures in accordance with Manufacturer Guideline
  • Regularly follows up with OEM,  Distributors, Vendors, regarding repair method updates, technical bulletins, tooling and equipment innovations
  • Oversee the preparation and issuance of Technical Documentation to Lyft Service Centers
  • Responsible for OEM and Lyft system integration of Repair Procedures / Bulletins / Processes
  • Maintains CSI at or above company standards
  • Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
  • Participates in required training
  • Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
  • Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
  • Complies with Company policies and procedures
  • Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or 5-7 years of technical or operational experience within the Collision Repair Industry 
  • 3-5 years management experience leading and developing high performing teams
  • Familiar with Automotive Repair Estimating Systems, Distribution, and Support 
  • Deep automotive vehicle knowledge regarding automotive maintenance, diagnostic, and service repair methods, tooling, equipment, and processes. 
  • Automotive Industry training a plus (ASE, OEM Certifications)
  • Good computer skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Past experience with automotive parts (identification, inspection, classification of component groups, validation, etc.)
