Our in-house Driver Service Centers, where drivers will get high quality, affordable maintenance and repair with lightning speed will build quickly. As a Process Engineer you will report into our Operations Repair Manager. You will be an essential part to produce repair processes in our growing Driver Service Centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for OEM and Lyft system integration on Repair Procedures/bulletins/Process
  • Create warranty and recall programs and repair procedures in accordance with OEM Guidelines
  • Follows up with the factory and distributors regarding updates, technical bulletins, service bulletins
  • Prepare and issue Technical Documentation to Lyft Service Centers
  • Prepare and issue list of equipment and tooling to perform Procedures
  • Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
  • Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
  • Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience:

  • Degree in a quantitative field statistics, economics, applied math, operations research or engineering OR 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Experience with automotive repair systems strongly preferred 
  • Experience with automotive parts (identification, inspection, classification of component groups, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Automotive vehicle knowledge, regarding repair procedures, methods, and equipment strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
