As a People Operations Program Manager you will deliver high priority strategic projects and drive cross-functional initiatives for the People organization. You will lead projects to improve operational efficiency and guide change management across the People team (and beyond). You will report to the Head of HR Operations and be part of a small team leading programs across strategy, planning, and special program implementation for the People Org.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ongoing operational delivery of People Org initiatives and programs, setting objectives and timelines, tracking owners and milestones, and assessing progress and blockers.
  • Align the People Operations team to top organizational priorities and manage the People Operations roadmap and calendar to ensure we’re resourced to accomplish those priorities
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve people programs and processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible (e.g., calibration process, position management)
  • Lead projects by facilitating communication, coordination, planning and execution across the People teams and partners
  • Use data to help inform, support, and guide strategic decisions
  • Lead change management projects across People Operations and/or with assigned business groups in partnership with the People Business Partner team
  • Project manage the transition and intake of work from the COE and People Business Partner teams to the new HR shared services team.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant Strategy and Operations experience, including project experience in the HR space
  • Experience accomplishing strategic and operational projects
  • Business sense, project management and analytical experience
  • Experience building cross-functional relationships across an organization and leading project teams
  • Experience evaluating, developing, and implementing operational improvements through automation and process redesign to ensure scalability and velocity
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner a plus
