The Project Management Intern, Implementation, acts as a project manager for customer support readiness of Lyft product launches. The successful candidate will work closely with customer support & shared services teams to create effortless support readiness experiences for associates, stakeholders, and partners while providing a well-defined and fluid preparedness process. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pleasure in advocating for customers and is never satisfied with the status quo – ensuring we make decisions that lead to a great experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Works cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure 100% support preparedness; facilitates the process to ensure readiness whether it be tools, system configuration, resolution steps, content and/or training for any product release within assigned functional areas
  • Applies a customer-centric lens to all product launches and advocates for the “customer” point of view
  • Maintains a consistent communication strategy and plan for informing stakeholders to progress, health, roadblocks (with actions) and completeness for all assigned launches and initiatives

Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Psychology or other business-related field
  • Must be returning to school after the internship
  • Commitment to constant improvement and growth
  • Demonstrated passion for customers - a true customer advocate
  • Ability in using customer data to make decisions
  • Successful track record of autonomously running multiple, concurrent projects 
  • Concise, direct, clear communication with a validated ability to navigate difficult messages and clear up ambiguity
  • Ability to balance curiosity and the assumption of positive intent with skepticism and driving business results
  • Data analysis skills
