At Lyft, community is what we are and it’s what we do. It’s what makes us different. To create the best ride for all, we start in our own community by creating an open, inclusive, and diverse organization where all team members are recognized for what they bring.

We are seeking a fast-learning, highly organized, and results-oriented leader to join our team. • Set the strategy and vision for our partnerships with support and offshore teams as well as a network of field associates at driver hubs nationwide, executing on that vision to expand the reach of Compliance and improve the service Lyft provides its drivers
  • Own the coordination and communication with other lines of business to keep them updated and engaged on what’s going on in the world of compliance. Update and maintain key compliance resources tied to support and document review, and define the vision for compliance content in the future
  • Develop, improve, and consolidate internal processes to respond more quickly to fast-changing regulatory issues that impact drivers and internal teams at Lyft
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Operations Technical Projects Lead to facilitate process improvements through outsourcing, elimination, and automation

  • Ruthless prioritizer well versed in making data driven decisions & delegation
  • Organized and detail-oriented - able to track and juggle ongoing and wide-ranging projects, transferring that organization to other team members
  • Comfortable working with large data sets; using data to guide prioritization and resourcing
  • Strong communicator no matter the audience. Able to communicate complex topics succinctly and clearly

Benefits:

  • Great medical, dental, and vision insurance options
  • In addition to 11 observed holidays, salaried team members have unlimited paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off
  • 401(k) plan to help save for your future
