Senior Financial Systems Analyst will be an individual contributor building and maintaining Anaplan models, ETLs and processes around it. The candidate will work closely with other model builders, FP&A team and business partners to document requirements, architect solutions, build and test models.The candidate will also have a good understanding of the end-to-end Financial Planning & Budgeting Process, including forecasting, sales compensation, cash flow management, taxation, headcount planning, spend management and leverage this knowledge to design and deliver the necessary solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams to build necessary data infrastructure and pipelines to support FP&A’s reporting, data, and analytics needs. Ensure the development of an automated reporting process that covers metrics as well as financial results, and connects the two in an appropriate and accurate manner
• Partner with cross functional teams to understand existing excel models and translate them into efficiently built Anaplan models
• Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions and other model settings
• Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within Anaplan models
• Manage Data Integrations & Data HUB - Partner with extended IT teams like integration, Datawarehouse
• Leverage business process knowledge and expertise in Anaplan area to drive business process improvements
• Standardize and automate existing FP&A reports, metrics, and dashboards in addition to designing new financial/business reporting packages for senior management
• Maintain and document current and new system process flows
• Support rest of the FP&A team with ad-hoc analysis as necessary

Experience:

• 2+ years experience building Anaplan models (Level 2+ Anaplan Model Builder certification preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen in Finance
• Proficiency in SQL with 2+ years of experience working with large data sets
• Proficiency with one or more ETL tools (Airflow, OneCloud, Boomi, Informatica, etc.)
• BA/BS with 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or another discipline with similar analytical rigor or relevant work experience
