Lyft is looking for a Senior Strategic Partner Manager who brings exceptional creative and analytical skills to launch, manage, and scale key platform partnerships. This person will be passionate about the way Lyft can work with technology partners and businesses to build valuable and differentiated experiences for riders and drivers. 

As a member of this team, you will work closely with world-class Lyft product and engineering teams, collaborate with our broader partnerships team, and engage with some of the world’s most influential companies. These strategic partnerships spread across a number of verticals including payments, product integrations, and rewards and loyalty.

In addition, you will work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Data Science teams to develop new growth opportunities, improve user experience, and make our partners successful. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, manage, and grow strategic opportunities that drive Lyft’s strategy and inform our product and platform vision 
  • Foster win-win partnerships between Lyft and partner companies
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, PR, legal, finance and data science to establish go-to-market launch and execution of key programs
  • Produce qualitative and quantitative analysis of performance, aggregate feedback, and share learnings and best practices
  • Maintain active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business and technical issues and serving as an internal advocate
  • Lead regular business reviews internally and externally with key executives and leadership
  • Represent Lyft and partners at industry events

Experience:

  • 7+ years of business development/partnerships, strategy, and/or program management experience
  • Strong understanding and interest in Lyft and competitive landscape
  • Highly analytical, innovative thinker and data driven, but also a creative problem solver
  • Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations under minimal structure, and quickly build consensus with internal and external stakeholders
  • Technical knowledge of product integrations
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Motivated and persistent personality
