The Lyft Driver Service Operations team is looking for an accomplished Supply Chain Specialist to lead our local sourcing and supplier needs for our service center business. You will develop our ecosystem of local suppliers, and oversee those relationships daily. You will manage targets, quality standards, metrics, and requirements for local suppliers that meet the needs of the service center business. You will oversee the entire procure to pay process for these local suppliers. You will use existing relationships to improve Lyft’s outcomes. To succeed, you must seek to learn, be comfortable working in the gray, enjoy relationship and partnership building, and be motivated to do the work. You will report to the Parts & Materials Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all suppliers in COUPA Lyft’s Procure-2-Pay System
  • Develop best practices for vendor onboarding and management within Coupa system
  • Document the local and regional needs of all vendor categories for service centers
  • Identify the best go to market approach for each supplier relationship
  • Manage daily relationships with local/regional suppliers
  • Seek reliable local/regional suppliers to provide quality products at a competitive price
  • Collaborate with your partners like legal, procurement, accounts payable, and program management to ensure smooth progress of business

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, vendor management, and invoicing processing
  • 2+ years of Coupa admin, Coupa Platform or Trainer Certification
  • Relationship building skills
  • Excellent knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching and evaluating vendors)
  • Experience creating financial reports, model out total cost of ownership, and conduct cost analyses
  • Proficient in Excel or equivalent software
  • Familiarity and experience in the automotive industry is preferred
