As a member of the Team Member Experience team, you will play a key role in building our company culture by leading our Onboarding program. You will manage all aspects of global new hire Onboarding, including content creation and delivery, program operations, and communications. 

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver core company-wide Onboarding programming for new Lyft team members 
  • Continually evaluate, refresh, and create program content, including: slides and facilitated content for New Hire Orientation, digital learning components, internal websites, and communications 
  • Manage and facilitate weekly (Mondays and Tuesdays) New Hire Orientation 
  • Oversee program operations, including administration, process and system changes, logistics, speaker coordination, and communications 
  • Build relationships with leaders and cross-functional business partners across the organization to develop content and collaborate on business priorities 
  • Identify and drive measurable program improvements to support a rapidly scaling workforce 
  • Champion, role model, and embed Lyft’s core values and culture into all aspects of your work  

 Experience 

  • Experience and enthusiasm for facilitation and public speaking
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills
  • Keynote, PowerPoint and Google Slides expertise
  • Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and re-prioritize on the fly
  • Able to adapt and pivot in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences and create inclusive, uplifting experiences for diverse groups 
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of work experience in Learning & Development, program/project management, HR, or a related field
  • Instructional design experience — understanding of ADDIE principle, adult learning theory, and instructional design methodologies for in-person and digital learning a nice to have
  • Adobe Creative Suite, motion graphics, and/or video experience desired
  • Experience as a Lyft driver a plus
