Lyft is looking for a highly motivated individual to be the newest member of its fast-growing Treasury team. As a Treasury Analyst, you will be an integral part of our treasury organization, supporting various treasury operational responsibilities in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. You will have the opportunity to identify and create your own projects, knowing what you do can potentially have a meaningful impact on the team and the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Lyft’s global bank accounts, master account list, signatory list, and account level services
  • Position cash daily for Lyft’s parent and subsidiary entities, optimize cash at bank account level
  • Develop institutional knowledge to help improve the weekly cash flow forecast
  • Review daily bank account activities and process positive pay items
  • Process electronic payment requests and ensure proper approval and support  
  • Monitor bank fees and identify potential cost saving opportunities 
  • Adhere to Treasury policies and controls, support SOX compliance and audit related efforts
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and ad-hoc requests 
  • Help prepare and improve existing cash and management reports, as well as create new ones to offer better insight
  • Help identify areas of risk and opportunities of process improvement and automation
  • Participate in other ad-hoc projects and take on additional responsibilities as required

Experience: 

  • BS/BA degree in finance or related field preferred, CTP is a plus
  • 2+ years corporate treasury experience, ideally working at a multinational corporation or high-growth startup
  • Strong ethic, professionalism, and team mentality
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail
  • Desire to work in a dynamic setting and ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products, services, and latest financial technologies
  • Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or other cloud-based ERP systems strongly preferred
