Marcus & Millichap, the nation’s largest real estate investment brokerage firm, is looking for a Brokerage Administrator/Marketing Coordinator to provide professional support to the San Francisco office.   Candidates must be extremely dependable, organized, detail oriented, flexible, creative, and able to work independently.  Additionally, the candidate must have exceptional follow-through, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be highly motivated, possess exceptional PC skills, as well as written/verbal communication skills.  The ability to multitask under pressure is a must.
 
Must be proficient in InDesign and Photoshop

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Process new listings, this may include: proofing and editing according to Marcus & Millichap guidelines, executing OOJ compliance procedures
  • Create and maintain confidential files relating to employment records and sales transactions files
  • Assist Operations Manager in the processing of closings and under contracts
  • Utilize postage machine and other shipping methods
  • Create and maintain office marketing material and sales aids using InDesign
  • Generate, copy, scan and bind documents for use by management and agents
  • Marketing support, including the coordination of events, contests, advertising, press releases, and public relations
  • Back-up phones/front office support
  • Assist with daily miscellaneous duties such as scanning, binding, supply stocking, and maintaining office cleanliness
  • Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following:

  • Proficient in Adobe Suite.
  • Fanatic attention to deadlines and scheduling of multiple projects
  • Experience in the real estate industry or executive support
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Applications
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
  • Must be versatile and flexible in making last minute adjustments to work requests
  • Great interpersonal skills
