We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Intern for a commercial real estate agent in our Houston office.
 
We are looking for a bright individual interested in joining a growing real estate brokerage team. Potential candidates should have a professional demeanor, as well as CRM management, and databasing experience. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining attention to detail for different administrative tasks is essential in this position. Candidates should be comfortable working in a busy corporate sales environment. Knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering market research data
  • Writing submarket research report drafts
  • Update and maintain owner database
  • CRM management and follow ups
  • Research ownership records, market data and industry trends
  • Assist with generating sales presentations and marketing packages using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Create spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and current college students preferred
  • Previous experience with CRM systems and data entry, preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
  • Desire to be on a team of positive, success-minded individuals
  • Real estate license not required
