We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator in the Seattle Office of Marcus & Millichap, the largest real estate investment brokerage firm in the US. Potential candidates should have a professional demeanor, strong written, verbal, and mathematical skills as well as good phone manner. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential. The candidate should be comfortable working in a busy, corporate sales environment.  

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Marketing Packages
  • Managing/Redesign/Create Email Marketing Campaign 
  • Managing/Preparing Meeting Materials
  • Preparing flyers and advertisements/coordinate marketing efforts
  • Scheduling/Plan Client Events
  • Preform Administrative duties
  • Answering Phones & Routing Calls to Agents 
  • Responsibilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively work interact with team members and clients
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Must have minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and graphic design principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic project management, editing, and writing skills required
