Project Details

Commitment:
10 hour per week minimum, 90 days

Hours Info:
12 am to 12 pm daily (2 hours shifts)

What We Are Looking For:

  • A willingness to learn how things work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills  
  • The ability to juggle multiple customer interactions  
  • A quiet place to take and make calls, preferably a home office
  • Experience with Aircall and/or Front App (not required, but a plus!)
  • While we do provide orientation and resources to help, it's a bonus if you also have:

  • A love for the underlying technology of the Internet  
  • Experience handling technical inquires  
  • Experience supporting web extensions  
  • Experience debugging web extension issues  
  • Experience responding to questions on forums (WP Plugin)  
  • Experience using Wordpress and plugins  
  • Experience debugging website code, examples: looking at source code, finding errors in the console. 
  • ***PRO TIP***: Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application. Your responses should be grammatically correct and comprehensive. This will greatly increase the probability of scoring an interview!
