Our client is the creator of an advanced e-book software, offering industry leading, easy-to-use tools to help you learn more efficiently.
The position will be customer service based on assisting customers via calls, chats and email response.
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM PST with an hour lunch break.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity with benefits package.
Commitment: This position will start as a remote one. In the future, the position may remain a remote one or onsite.
