ModSquad recruits for and consults to leading global companies in the digital, eCommerce and gaming industries. 

We are adding to our high-performance  Global Recruiting Team and are seeking a LATAM-based accomplished, virtual/home-based recruiter. You must be in a LATAM country.

This is a full time virtual opportunity with some preference for the Pacific Time Zone (US), unless of course you are are an early bird! No commuting, other than to your work space and you will have a great team of colleagues.

High volume agency tech preferred and corporate credentials welcome.

Hourly Rate:

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience working with a global, remote team highly preferred, remote or in-office
  • Bilingual Spanish - English professional language proficiency is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related preferred
  • Experience recruiting both contractors and full-time employees in a high-volume environment
  • Familiarity with ATS systems
  • Experience with global recruiting
  • Internet, social and business media expertise
  • Multitasking skills and handling high-volume workloads
  • Two+ years agency or corporate full-cycle recruiting experience

    • What you'll do:

  • Fulfill demanding requisitions for contractor customer support engagements
  • Identify, qualify, and recruit full-time employees for key positions
  • Ability to identify, source, and move candidates through our ATS database
  • Familiarity with Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Work on multiple assignments simultaneously
    • ***PRO TIP***: Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application. Your responses should be grammatically correct and comprehensive. This will greatly increase the probability of scoring an interview!
