In the Employee Experience team, you will partner and provide your HR expertise to HRBPs, recruiters and leaders across the company in the areas of employment law/risk, HR process management and regional employment practices, while supporting organizational structure and expansion.

The position, based in Dublin Ireland, is a critical role for our People Team and will report directly to the VP Global Experience. 

Leading EMEA Employee Experience

  • Partner with the HR leadership team along with key business stakeholders in legal, finance, IT and workplace to conceive, create and implement a robust employee experience that includes scalable people processes and compliance programs
  • Manage and develop the EMEA Employee Experience team to maintain day-to-day support for employees and managers, while supporting the HRBP leaders in regional processes
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal employment requirements related to employment for the countries we operate in across EMEA and South America
  • Implement and maintain new policies and procedures to ensure they are applied consistently and support escalations effectively when they occur
  • Lead regular compliance audits including documentation, manager training, systems/process approvals as needed
  • Partner with the Total Rewards teams to ensure local compensation and benefits practices resonate with our employees and remain competitive in a high growth environment
  • Lead the Employee Relations function in the region to ensure issues are investigated fairly and in accordance with our policies, including complex investigations or disciplinary procedures and documentation 
  • Partner with the global People team to roll out all key people processes and regionally compliant policies that still reflect MongoDB’s commitment to an optimal employee experience

Requirements

  • Background & Experience
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience including HR Management, ideally in a rapidly growing technology business
  • Experience of managing a small, regionally distributed team
  • Experience supporting multi-country employment administration
  • Working knowledge of multiple European countries employment law and regulations is required, with experience in Argentina employment law a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible to travel periodically

This role is remote optional until November 1, 2021, we are looking to speak to candidates who plan to be available in Dublin for when we introduce our hybrid model.
