We are hiring for a Senior Project Manager to support the growing Sales Productivity function with driving change and projects across the salesforce and sales ecosystem. Most of our initiatives are crossing the boundaries between multiple different teams, which means this person will be responsible for bringing partners together, agreeing and consolidating requirements, setting timelines and making sure everything stays on track across a growing portfolio of cross-functional initiatives. Active management, prioritization & optimization of the portfolio of projects will also be a key activity for this role.

We are growing the Project Management function right now, so this is a great opportunity for someone to join the team in the early stages to help set up the right structures and processes for future growth. This role as the potential to expand and develop into a leadership position as the team grows.

The Project Management team is part of the Sales Technology group, which means that a good understanding of software implementation projects and change management processes is vital. 

For example, in the past year we have rolled out new tooling for forecasting, territory management, and reporting and completely revamped our CRM. In the future, we want to continuously support our sales organization with the best tools to do their job, so we will never stop evolving and changing. 

This role will be based remotely in North America.

Responsibilities  

  • Oversee project delivery and progress against the roadmap for a set of initiatives within the Sales Technology Group.
  • Monitor project progress and provide project updates on a consistent basis to all stakeholders
  • Utilize Project Management best practices (Agile, Waterfall, etc..), techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution process
  • Forecast staffing & resource needs to reach objectives and maintain organization of these in an efficient manner
  • Contribute to the overall sales technology strategy that will deliver on team and company objectives
  • Measure project performance across the project portfolio on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Drive cross functional communication when collaborating on projects that span multiple departments e.g Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Operations.
  • Continuously promote the team’s adoption of our project management framework.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements that allow the team to work more efficiently and collaboratively

Requirements

  • 5+ years of tech industry experience (ideally B2B software)
  • Experience in complex software implementation projects 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desirable
  • Experience presenting & communicating data-driven insights to senior stakeholders
  • Previous experience with Salesforce is highly desirable
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Great relationship builder and able to connect with people across the organization
  • Team player who can work with individuals from different backgrounds across the entire organization
  • Strong communicator (spoken and written)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot problems creatively and complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Expands a team’s bandwidth by integrating themselves quickly and assessing issues that serve as barriers to operating at maximum effectiveness
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Demonstrates a high level of accountability married with a huge sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently with a desire to ‘own’ what you do
