As the Singapore Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing the marketing strategy based on the company’s growth plan in Singapore. A strong background and understanding in performance marketing is a bonus. You will need to work closely with stakeholders from other departments (Sales, Operations, Finance etc.) to align on strategy and initiatives. Responsibilities
Planning and BudgetingDevelop, execute and iterate the marketing strategy (offline and online) for the brand as well as for Ninja’s suite of consumer products (with strong focus on one product in particular)Make use of competitor analysis and market trend information to develop marketing and product strategyWork closely with the Regional Marketing and local teams to achieve annual targets for the e-commerce business unit via digital marketing as well as engaging of potential trade partnersCreate, implement and oversee (digital) media campaigns based on e-commerce business objectivesSupporting sales and lead generation efforts through the different marketing channelsResponsible for content strategy and ownership of all owned online channels such as social media and the corporate website. Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing process through email, content and social channelsDevelop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests and promotions that succeed through email or digitalRegular campaign monitoring and optimization, with post-buy reporting of key metricsManage and monitor product distribution and performanceManaging budget overview for all marketing related activities
Building the BrandResponsible for Ninja Van’s brand and positioning in the marketEnsuring that all owned touchpoints are appropriately and sufficiently branded according to branding guidelines.Being responsible for brand management and trademark identityPlanning and conducting suitable online and offline marketing campaigns with a budgetOversee the creation and publication of all marketing material (POSM, leaflets, etc.) in line with marketing plans. Take charge of shipper support and ensure timely responses to customer queries and feedback
