Tasks would include:
Evaluation of Tender against defined qualification criteriaPreparation of Tender summary/evaluation for a formal Go/No Go decision making processAssessment of efforts and team required for high quality bid compositionBid plan compositionBid team composition (in cooperation with CSOs)Engagement of Nortal stakeholders outside of immediate bid team - finance, legal&compliance, talentEngagement of external partners (required for successful bid) - partners, tech vendors, solution providers, etc.. Coordination and management of all interactions with procuring organizationBid team's daily routines managementBid composition process management according to the bid planParticipation in proposal draftingWBS compositionCommercial bid composition (including all costs - efforts, licenses, hardware, etc) based on defined guidelines and ratesTimely submission of the bidCoordination of management of post-submission activities (demos and presentations, contracting support)
Capabilities and skills:
Ability to analyse functional requirements Understanding/ability to define high-level solution vision Understanding/ability to compose conceptual solution architecture Good understanding of delivery process and the roles involvedGood self-expression skill - both written and verbal
