Have relevant experience as CTO, Head of Engineering, Head of Technology or Lead/Principal ArchitectAre an experienced and knowledgeable leader who is excited to encounter and solve problemsEnjoy being a pioneer in new approaches to architecture and embrace novelty and challengesHave a critical-thinking mindset that derives work focus from detail to a bigger picturePractice building strong relationships with architecture teams and clientsSupport and mentor technical teams and clients to build a collaborative and effective work cultureSuccessfully articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audiences including C-level stakeholdersPrefer to work on agile software development projects with globally distributed teamsHave strong public, conversational, and written communication skills with fluent English as essentialOwn bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
Technical skills and qualifications:
Understanding in-depth information security and privacy concepts needed in modern solution architectureHaving a deep understanding and experience with different modern architecture approaches and processesProposing solution alternatives to each business problem and identifying the best for the circumstances, advocating and ensuring its adoption and acceptance amongst the stakeholdersEvaluating and recommending external products and services that will form part of the solution deliveryProviding technical consultancy, guidance, and leadership to the various technology partners and delivery teams involved with solutions delivery and ensuring adherence to the established principlesLeading architecture teams in the planning, and implementation of a cohesive solution architecturesDesigning both on-premises and cloud solutions but open for hybrid solutions as wellWhat we offer:
