We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead for our development team who is building a digital commerce platform for one of the largest telecom companies in the United States of America.
The project leverages
Elastic Path Commerce, built with widely used Java open source technologies. These technology platforms have advanced the world’s biggest brands like Google, Symantec, Time Inc, and Virgin Media, to name a few.
Ideally, we expect you will have a strong background in software engineering (Java), using your knowledge to work across various stakeholders and business functions to manage the delivery of solutions that meet business needs, priorities, and timelines. You will work closely with the international team and will be contributing to the technical solution, overseeing and coordinating team members to ensure successful delivery.

Hands-on development: work on new features and optimize current onesHands-on technical leadership: decompose technical requirements into a set of implementable tasks Facilitate team delivery process via application of modern development practices and AGILE principles Resolving team and project issues on a daily basis Advocate team in communication with the Product Owner, Architects, US Project Managers, or parallel development teamsCoach and guide teamDrive process and ways of work improvementsBe an engineering manager for your team membersWe would be excited if you have several of the following:
