As a Marketing Analyst at Nortal, you will be in charge of managing, planning and executing marketing projects in our eight markets in Europe, North America and the Middle East.  

Our dream candidate has experience in project management, has worked with digital platforms, is analytical and systematic, and can manage their workflow and shoots for the moon.  

Day to Day Responsibilities Include:

  • Working closely together with our content strategist, Brand manager & social media partner to evaluate, improve and deploy existing channel marketing strategies to support achieving our company goals.
  • Tracking, reporting and analyzing data across our digital touchpoints (website, socials, etc.)
  • Being the central point of contact regarding Nortal’s social media for the marketing team & agencies.
  • Staying informed about the digital trends and platform updates
  • Effectively communicating channel performance and learnings to the broader marketing team and cross-functional partners
  • Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organization's website together with our content strategist & Brand Manager.
  • Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues.
  • Overseeing the marketing team’s documenting processes.
  • Required Skillset for this role:

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
  • Goal-orientedness & time management
  • Communication skills - strong interpersonal communication skills are a must for success
  • Analytical abilities (+previous analytical experience)- analyzing data, observing trends, and reporting and evaluating the success of campaigns and social engagement requires strong analytical abilities
  • Teamwork - polite, professional, and courteous with colleagues,  working well in a team
  • Organization skills - ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized is essential
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mind paired with a love for data and numbers
