Responsibilities:

  • Solidify the future of work for Okta employees with a focus on flexibility and choice
  • Lead cross functional Dynamic Work initiatives across the company
  • Manage project timelines and drive teams to hit and exceed targets
  • Partner with HR to bring the best programs and services to employees, agnostic of location
  • Work with Accounting to understand and be transparent with the financial impacts of the new working landscape
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR to build policies that support employees
  • Bring employees along on the journey. Manage change and communicate through every step of the process
  • Enable teams to be effective in working in a more distributed landscape, with support from L&D and Technology teams
  • Proactively partner with IT and Workplace Technologies to identify a technology roadmap to support employees working Dynamically with a focus on productivity and relationships
  • Communicate project plans and deliverables with executives
  • Establish an extensive change management program to ensure every employee is a part of the journey to Dynamic Work. Identify training tools for HRBP’s and managers to support their distributed teams
  • Create metrics to support the Dynamic Work initiative and track progress and identify gaps. Based on data, continuously evolve the programs and services

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience related to Workplace, HR or Finance with a focus on distributed work
  • Strategic thinker that can collaborate cross functionally to execute on a developed strategy
  • Results driven ability to lead cross-functional teams to hit and exceed targets
  • Experience with program management, change management and strategy development
  • Ability to identify a strategy and communicate it to executives
  • Leverage creative thinking to identify new strategies then execute on the vision
  • Comfort with a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Experience with multiple access control systems
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
