Revenue Operations Manager

Okta is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help us build and scale our Revenue Operations Support team.  The Revenue Operations Support team is responsible for pre-sales review of sales opportunities to ensure orders meet company booking policies.  The Revenue Operations Manager is a player-coach role within a diverse and inclusive Revenue Operations department. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse team of revenue operations support professionals, provide coaching and mentorship
  • Serve as Revenue Operations subject matter expert to counterparts in Finance, Sales, Professional Services, Deals Desk, Sales Operations, and Business Systems
  • Be hands on with operational activities that achieve tactical and strategic objectives
  • Develop and prepare monthly reconciliation reports of sales orders
  • Lead projects on process improvements and system optimization

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • SaaS company experience preferred in either Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Accounting Operations, Channel Operations roles
  • 6-8 years of overall experience 
  • 3+ years as a people manager (preferred)
  • Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Netsuite ERP experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc)
  • Ability to move fast, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic and fast changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating successfully with diverse cross-functional teams
