As a Senior Manager, Sourcing & Talent Attraction, you will guide a centralized team of sourcers, aligned to Okta hiring priorities.  You will develop scalable recruiting strategies that enable you support a team that delivers high quality talent for Okta’s openings worldwide. In this role you’ll build effective relationships with recruiting and business leaders across the business, to best understand Okta’s short and long- term talent needs.  As a Senior Manager, Sourcing and Talent Attraction you play a key role steering your team to develop and execute our recruiting strategies by attracting candidates for our critical roles. You’ll enable your team to creatively find and engage candidates on the various career opportunities available at Okta. You will coach your team to leverage a multi-channel, marketing mindset to ensure sourcing channels are delivering an ROI. Your team will cover the basics of recruiting, but more importantly, leverage your collective technical and business knowledge to develop meaningful recruiting strategies which promote various methods to source, evaluate, and ultimately hire candidates for Okta.

  • Balance short and long-term strategies; delivering talent for openings today, while building relationships with talent we want to hire tomorrow 
  • Implement – key metrics that inspire and recognize accountability while delivering the right outcomes for Okta recruiting
  • Live the Okta Values & the Okta Recruiting Culture; be a role model as a member of the recruiting leadership staff

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years recruiting experience, both in-house and agency preferred
  • Deep knowledge of SOFTWARE industry talent, skills and commonly hired roles
  • 3+ years leading recruiting and sourcing teams; global experience highly preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate a multitude of successful sourcing and marketing engagement strategies that do not include posting jobs or direct sourcing on LinkedIn
  • Demonstrated understanding of what it means to build a Talent Ecosystem, including A/B testing for ROI and results
  • Experience with Greenhouse Enterprise & CRM preferred (or similar)
  • Marketing automation experience a plus

Education and Certification:

  • BS/BA degree preferred
