The Okta Services Partner Program Manager  will be responsible for ensuring Okta Services Partners have a world class partner program to scale their Okta delivery capabilities and fortify their implementation success.   This role will own service partner onboarding, driving and measuring partner delivery performance, service partner program framework and driving enablement and certification programs for service partners. They will work with relevant stakeholders within Okta’s Partner Success, Delivery Excellence, Global Services, Partner Experience and Channel teams to ensure alignment and adoption of program components and partner engagement best practices. This role will also need to partner with the Customer Support Partner Program team to ensure program cohesion.They will work with Delivery Excellence Strategy and Operations to define and manage program KPIs as well as to track enablement and performance. This role includes responsibility to track and provide analyses to partner pipelines to anticipate trends and advise on best steps. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and evolve the service partner program and governance framework for selection and management of partners.
  • Onboarding new partners, which includes ensuring they are meeting Okta requirements in driving our desired customer experience. 
  • Define and manage a partner services enablement strategy focused on service delivery.
  •  Manage and track progress through program requirements and deliverables, at individual and partner levels.
  • Provide enablement materials and tools we make available to partners to keep them on par with internal Okta teams resource access. 
  • Develop the program for continuous learning related to updates, product releases, and announcements. Track access, adoption and efficacy of materials.
  •  Develop measurement and reporting to show program overview and partner performance.

  • Manage and track service partner program initiatives and communications.
  • Build relationships and partner with key teams across the globe to ensure enablement needs are consistently addressed and gaps are mitigated.
  • Develop an ongoing activity calendar and ensure tracking mechanisms are in place for all enablement programs.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly business reviews with Partner Success and partner teams
  •  Contribute to Partner Portal
  • Continuously improve policies, processes, tools and Go To Market solutions to enhance Partner Success Program

 

Requirements

  • Five or more years work experience as an independent contributor in a PMO, Channel or Business Operations role
  • 3-5 years experience supporting software or subscription as a service enterprise
  • Service Channel Program management experience
  • Project management experience essential 
  • Service Delivery experience is highly beneficial
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Passion for solving partner issues and advocating for their success, in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and as a part of a team
  • Strong program management skills in helping drive and enable improvements to the program. 
  • Able to work crossfunctionaly in proposing solutions in the betterment of the customer experience
  • Expert Salesforce user - can create report, dashboards
  • Experience running CSAT and NPS programs
  • Familiar with Confluence, HighSpot and Guru preferred
  • Okta Certification(s) (preferred)
