THE ROLE
Peloton’s People Support Specialist is responsible for triaging and executing the day to day Tier 1 operational tasks that support Total Rewards (People Support, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation and Equity) in the creation and delivery of an exceptional team member experience. This position provides frontline HR support for team members across the organization with an emphasis on team members in North America. The role can be based in Plano, TX or Tempe, AZ.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Triage incoming inquiries for the People Help Desk amongst the Total Rewards Team
- Respond to Tier 1 inquiries and escalate to Tier 2 as needed for resolution
- Follow up on outstanding tickets on behalf of the Tier 2 support agents
- Identify trends based on ticket traffic and notify the appropriate COE leaders
- Update and maintain knowledge base for Tier 1 inquiries
- Review dashboards and discuss stats with the COE leaders
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed for People Support team
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience supporting People Support functions required
- Experience in a role specific to payroll, benefits, compensation, equity, or leave administration
- Experience working with an HRIS
- Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment with established service level agreements
- Ability to work independently and effectively communication with the team
- Ability to quickly learn how to use various systems and tools
- A sense of satisfaction in providing high-touch “member service” - for team members
- Good judgement, particularly in sensitive, complex, and ambiguous situations
- A passion for tech, fitness, and helping others
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a remote work environment
- Experience in a shared services team
- Experience using case management software or ticketing systems
- Experience using SuccessFactors
