THE ROLE

Peloton is seeking a Regional Trainer in Germany who is attentive, detail-oriented, and communicative to assist in the development and training of our retail store teams. The Regional Trainer DE will report into the Retail Training Manager and work closely with the Peloton Academy team, Retail Instructional Designer, the Retail Admin and Retail Field teams to analyse training needs, and to deliver training content that continuously develops teams to reach their full potential. This position will work closely with Regional and Showroom Managers as well as their teams. They will deliver training content and coaching to maximise engagement, performance, and retention. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner across the Peloton organisation to deliver a blended 70/20/10 approach to learning and development using current tools and innovate ways to educate and train
  • Localise new and existing materials in accordance with business needs focussing on sales techniques and service excellence
  • Partner with Managers and key business partners to analyse KPIs of the business and determine where training efforts should be directed, which stores should be visited, what is the focus and which individuals need support and development
  • Partner with Operations manager and Service experience manager in training store teams 
  • Support onboarding of new Showroom Managers, new showroom openings and store teams 
  • Work with stakeholders across the business and subject matter experts to determine training needs to identify, build and implement training solutions
  • Execute knowledge-checks, coaching rubrics and role-plays to certify learning
  • Deliver training in-store, in person, and virtually 
  • Provide side-by-side feedback and coaching for Managers and Experts
  • Communicate organisational updates and information to the team with an understanding of what is relevant and important to their business
  • Work with the Retail Instructional Designer to build and administer post-training surveys to evaluate effectiveness of training interventions
  • Be a sales and leadership subject matter expert who can partner in planning and building out training content

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of Sales and Management experience required
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed
  • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to speak comfortably and confidently to an audience
  • Ability to evaluate learner, manager, and instructor feedback and key performance indicators in order to identify potential areas of improvement
  • Fluent English & German skills in both written and verbal communication
