Peloton Hardware Engineering team is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in the design and productization of systems for fitness products. In this position you will be part of the team that will work on developing solutions which involve Hardware use cases for all Peloton products. Please note that this role will base in Tainan.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Liaising with engineering team and manufacture partner to develop and participate production test plans required for test coverage, cycle time improvement and criteria setup.
  • Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders for EOD (end-of-day) build review and participate build readiness review.
  • Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide technical oversight and review support to development teams during NPI stage
  • Participate quality report review and drive actions, FA and 8D for electrical related task to improve yield or unblock build
  • 2nd source verification to meet system-level compliance requirements (e.g., EMI/EMC, Safety, etc.)

NECESSARY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years electrical production Engineer experience
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and facilitation skills
  • Experience with schematic and PCB tools
  • Proven experience in the electrical engineering field especially motor control and sensing.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Domestic travel between manufacture partners in Taiwan

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minitab or any statistic tools for data analyzing
  • Experience of MS Visual Studio and/or Python for production test software.
