THE ROLE:

Peloton is seeking a Senior Order Experience Email Specialist to join its Member Communications team to support the management and execution of order and service experience communications. Reporting to the NYC-based Senior Manager, Member Communications, the Senior Order Experience Email Specialist will be responsible for supporting the creation and optimization of communications aimed at delivering a great order and service experience for Connected Fitness Members in the US and Canada markets. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, obsessed with delivering engaging Member experiences, and both empathetic and agile to support a scaling team and organization.

LOCATION:

New York, NY or Plano, TX

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, manage and optimize communication that aims to provide a high-touch order and service experience for Connected Fitness Members, informing Members about their status throughout the entire order and service lifecycle (incl. order confirmations, delivery scheduling, prepare for delivery/service across all delivery partners, etc.)
  • Leverage channels incl. Email, SMS, In-App/Push to reach Members where they are with timely and relevant information regarding their order and delivery statuses
  • Partner with OX, Marketing IT, eCommerce, Data Science, Operations and Legal teams to manage the order experience data flow to our CDP and Marketing Automation platforms 
  • Generate and share regular reports on campaign performance with the Membership team and key stakeholders in partner functions (including quarterly reviews with each function)
  • Stay up to speed on industry developments and best practices in OX and retention, and partner with business stakeholders to help drive strong communication performance, CSAT, and positive NPS, and reduce inbound contact per delivery/service 

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

  • Required: 3+ years of email marketing, and mobile push, and/or SMS experience
  • Experience or engagement in Retail/Order Management a plus
  • Proven experience adapting to email platforms; experience with Mandrill, SimonData and SendGrid a plus
  • Proven experience building emails and adjusting HTML and CSS as needed
  • Analytical mindset and unparalleled attention to detail
  • Enjoy problem solving and making complicated situations simple and painless
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain a “Members First” mindset when developing communications 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability are key
