As the MS Dynamics Lead Developer / Solutions Architect you will work as part of an agile development team, working on the deployment, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the enterprise. This role is key in supporting our Global Sales, Services & Marketing departments.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supporting Global Sales, Services and Marketing, utilizing proactive account and email management, MS Dynamics 365 Customer Voice, MS Dynamics. 365 Customer Service, AI Builder, MS Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Automate strategies, and work in a very nimble and fast paced environment.
  • Working with the team on new projects, from initial interaction with clients during the requirements discovery phase through implementation and deployment of the completed project.
  • Leading the technical direction during design and development processes by driving decisions and coordinating efforts.
  • Providing insight and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to demonstrate how the MS Dynamics Service and Sales solution will be leveraged to meet client business demands on new projects.
  • Engineering leading-edge systems for clients in a variety of industries, with solutions targeting a variety of customer models
  • Driving the technical culture forward as a thought leader among our team
  • Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals
  • Implement and Support Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Develop and maintain a platform roadmap
  • Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company
  • Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture
  • Assist with deployment and provisioning activities
  • Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Understands relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adheres to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.
  • Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
  • Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience with software development, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Working experience with the MS Dynamics development process in an agile environment and the ability to create solutions for common questions/concerns on this type of platform
  • Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customizing, installing, and deploying CRM Organizations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET 3.5+ development using C#
  • Experience in CRM ITSM, Support tools like SFDC a plus, knowledgeable in JIRA
  • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrations with ERP (SAP S/4 HANA), and other systems
  • Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
  • Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
  • Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
  • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
  • Experience with supporting Microsoft products (SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS, Lync)
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously
