We are a fast-paced CNC Machine Shop that uses innovative software, hardware, and fully-integrated systems at scale few have seen. We're building up our team, and capacity and seeking Machinist to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a high complexity, dynamic work environment.

This is an opening for the 2nd shift which is 3:45pm to 2:15am, Monday through Thursday with periodic overtime and special project work scheduled on Fridays.

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for set-up and operation of 1-3 CNC machines in parallel, both 3 and 5-axis.
  • Verify quality of work pieces by performing/documenting in-process inspection according to blueprint and 3D model dimensions and tolerances.
  • Meet daily productivity goals.
  • Follows established quality, safety and manufacturing standards/processes. 
  • Diligently follow company's process and procedures.
  • Will be responsible for maintaining proper inventory of hand tools and inspection equipment.
  • Detect equipment malfunctions and report all malfunctions to their Shift Lead.
  • Record product and processing data on specified forms and/or in the shop floor management system.
  • Wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, ear plugs, safety toe shoes, face mask, etc.)
  • Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma, Associates Degree preferred
  • 5 or more years of machinist experience in a fast-paced growth-oriented job shop environment
  • Proven experience consistently producing complex parts with .003” or tighter tolerances
  • 2-3 years’ experience with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC Mills (Haas)
  • Strong work ethic with a track record of consistent attendance and performance
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. often each day
  • Ability to work with and communicate with a cross-functional team
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Computer literate
