SAP Specialist (m/f/d)
We are looking for a SAP Specialist (m/f/d) who is enthusiastic about the Industry 4.0 and wants to be an integral part of managing the core system that supports ProGlove’s growth.
ProGlove works with global customers like BMW, DHL, Volkswagen, GAP, Walmart, Audi, IKEA, or Lufthansa Technik but - we're nowhere near done! Your work would be one of the cornerstones of attracting new clients.
You are able to communicate with many stakeholders and understand how business processes interact? Sharing knowledge and enable colleagues to work more efficiently is your passion? You want to take ownership of the central system of a company?

How you’ll contribute...
- You manage our SAP Business ByDesign system
- Manage our external consultants for SAP
- Gather and prioritize requirements for our SAP system. Synthesize them into new processes and manage the implementation
- Support our users in their daily transactions in SAP ByDesign
- Adjust our system to the changing demands that come with our rapid growth
- Create and conduct user trainings
- Monitor our system to identify & resolve possible issues early
You are a great fit if you have...
The following experience will be beneficial, but not having any or all of these experiences shouldn't stop you from applying. We’re looking for the right problem-solving mindset and value diversity:
- Previous exposure to an ERP system, best within the SAP environment
- Experience with buiness processes in sales, production, finance, logistics, and service
- Business fluency in English, both written and verbally, German is a bonus
