We're looking for a talented individual to join our Belgrade team as a (Senior) Technical Writer. Be a fundamental part of our development teams to enable our customers to use our products best.

ProGlove works with global customers like BMW, DHL, Volkswagen, GAP, Walmart, Audi, IKEA, or Lufthansa Technik but - we're nowhere near done! Your work would be one of the cornerstones of attracting new clients.

You'll be responsible for all of our user-facing documentation, enabling our users to understand our products better, integrate them easier, and build on top of our APIs. This highly visible role allows you to work closely with Engineering, Pre-Sales, Product Owners, and our customers and partners to prepare our documentation and the team for the next phase of growth and knowledge transfer.

How you’ll contribute...

• Develop, organize and write end-user content: manuals, procedures, technical specifications, release information, web help, etc
• Collaborate with multiple teams (product, engineering, and (product) marketing) to support the product delivery end-to-end
• Develop content with consistent information architecture, style, voice, and tone
• Maintain the documentation website for software and hardware products
• Take ownership of software/hardware portfolio authoring

You are a great fit if you have...

• Ability to process complex topics and create structured, concise, and usable documentation
• Strong Structured authoring experience using a CCMS
• Experience working as a technical writer
• Proficiency in the English language (C2 or native), German is a plus
• Worked previously on software (SaaS, Mobile Apps, Embedded) and hardware project

And we're very happy if you have...

• Experience with Paligo (our current CCMS)
• Familiarity with HTML, XML, CSS. · Experience with source control systems (e.g. Git, GitHub)
• Experience in building and guiding technical writing teams
• Experience in localizing content
• Experience in managing external agencies
