ABOUT THE TEAM
The Growth team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut’s growth across the globe. We focus on community-driven and marketing-driven approaches to ensure our product is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region. The Growth department is constantly innovating and trying new ways to grow Revolut faster and more effectively. Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets, are passionate about Revolut, and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base at breakneck speed.

ABOUT THE ROLE 
The marketing approach
Our marketing team works like special forces. They identify problems, propose solutions and then implement them. It’s really that simple. You could be growing the business in Europe, by working with central and local country teams to help them grow. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
•  Preparing and executing digital marketing strategy to support Revolut business growth in Europe
•  Ensuring best possible spent optimisation across countries to meet performance goals
•  Defining digital channel mix, its execution and testing
•  Ensuring synergy between markets and knowledge sharing
•  Working with local marketing team to align global and local performance marketing strategies & goals
•  Working to build a performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimisation
•  Working with the central marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages
•  Hiring and leading performance marketing team
•  Using a data-driven methodology to improve effectiveness in all marketing paid channels

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
•  Minimum of 15 years of business experience in digital marketing, performance marketing on client or agency side
•  In depth knowledge of performance campaign execution with special focus on: Google ecosystem, Facebook ecosystem, Affiliate networks and SEO with proven track record of successfully executed campaigns
•  Very good understanding of digital data analytics and programmatic platforms.
