About the Job:

In this position you will serve as critical recruiting support for the Customer Experience Team. As the Recruiter, you will support the Customer Experience Team in sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates and key business partners to ensure a seamless experience from end to end.  In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to partner with a diverse group of important stakeholders internally and externally, acting as a key representative of the RTR brand.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast paced environment, juggle lots of projects and deadlines at once, and have a proven track record of excellence in a similar work environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and own full-cycle high volume recruitment for our Customer Experience team.
  • Develop a strategy to proactively build candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing techniques including social media outlets, industry events, local and national partnerships, referrals, networking, targeted job boards, etc.
  • Iterate on the CX interview process to improve time to fill and quality of hires.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for interviews, managing interview scheduling with a sense of urgency and astute attention to detail.
  • Own candidate communication from end to end, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Own follow-up with Hiring Managers, internal stakeholders and interviewers to maintain strong internal communication, and gather and document feedback, process, follow up, etc.
  • Support the CX HRBP with the onboarding process to ensure candidates are seamlessly set up for success upon joining RTR
  • Maintain impeccable records, ensuring documentation of process and communication in our ATS, Greenhouse
  • Support communication, organization and general business needs as necessary, creating and maintaining documents, folders, filing systems, databases, etc.  

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of prior administrative experience in an HR function
  • You have relevant work experience in a startup, e-commerce and/or technology based company.
  • You have an astute understanding of customer experience functions, and the role they play in a larger organization
  • You have strong interpersonal skills & the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
  • You have a proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and demonstrate ability to juggle multiple competing tasks, deadlines, personalities, long and short term projects, etc.
  • You are able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization including senior executives, board members, etc.
  • You have an extreme attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • You are a forward thinker, and are constantly one step ahead
  • You are able to appropriately handle confidential information and use best judgment for sharing information
  • You have experience using Google Suite and an ATS (Greenhouse a plus)
