To help support us in this growth, we now have an exciting opportunity within our successful sales team for a Recruitment - Account Manager to look after either one of our technology partners or one of our major clients. You will be reporting to the Head of Sales & Operations and will be working closely with our Partners, Business Development Managers, and Finance team. 

The role will involve:

  • End to end recruitment process from sourcing - offering.
  • Using Lever as the ATS to manage applications & candidates.
  • Hiring heavily across Data, Digital, Cloud, AI, DevOps, and Managed Services.
  • Creating and posting engaging adverts on a variety of job boards to attract candidates.
  • Issuing contracts & contract management. 
  • Working with Stakeholders / hiring managers to know what roles are in demand.
  • Ensuring candidate experience is at the forefront of the recruitment process.
  • Responding quickly to candidates with detailed feedback.
  •  A primary focus of this role will be around candidate management and engagement.
  • The recruitment team also gets involved in employer branding projects, social media engagement, events management & P&C functionality.
  • Organising recruitment meetups & internal & external events.
  • Establishing functional relationships with our technology partners and clients.
  • When requested set and drive strategic priorities such as lifecycle management planning, profitability, cross-functional and marketing planning.
  • Formulate, execute and review strategic plans with Partners to drive maximum business and visibility.
  • Work closely with our vendors to position Servian within strategic opportunities.
  • Accurate administration of all new work, or work extensions including Salesforce updates.
  • Create compelling visions for how Servian can transform business segments, including synergies across provider, Data Analytics, BI.
  • Facilitating the development and the generation of SOW’s for signoff by the BDM.
  • Developing an appreciation of the responsibilities of all the staff in the engagement(s) and ensuring all consultants have current profiles.
  • Procedurally monitoring the status of outstanding debtors and taking action to help keep the outstanding debt within contractual limits.
  • Become a trusted partner to our clients and a trusted mentor to our consultants.
  • A bit about you:

  • 2-4 years exposure to Account Manager or Business Development roles is preferred. We're open to someone from a Recruitment background looking for a career change into a relationship management-focused role. 
  • 2-4 years experience in a data & technology related role would be ideal but not mandatory.
  • IT Sales or pre-sales experience is highly regarded.
  • An understanding of cloud services such as; Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Azure is regarded.
  • High energy, charismatic, innovative, and creative.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in technology. 
  • You'll be a team player. This is not a traditional sales role. Our team works closely together, collaboration is key for the success of the business.
